Premier Consolidated Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team in Batu Maung, Penang. As a key player in our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring that our project operations remain seamless and cost-effective.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to final delivery and invoice verification.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to optimize costs.
- Monitor and track order statuses to ensure timely arrival of materials and resolve any supply chain discrepancies.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of suppliers, purchase orders, and inventory levels.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports for management to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that purchasing activities align with project schedules and operational requirements.
- Perform regular supplier evaluations to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP/inventory management software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle supplier-related issues effectively.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain logistics.
