This role is based in our Kota Kemuning, Selangor facility and offers a full time, permanent position.
Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for raw materials, components, and services
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency and favorable conditions
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize stock management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply and resolve issues
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and align procurement plans
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
