Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track incoming deliveries and resolve supply discrepancies.
- Conduct regular market research to benchmark prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports and documentation for management review.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on cost reduction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
