Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain excellence? TSA Industries is looking for a proactive and results-driven Purchasing Executive to join our growing team in Balakong, Selangor. In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly through timely material sourcing, cost-effective negotiation, and robust vendor management.
As our Purchasing Executive, you will collaborate closely with internal departments to anticipate demand and bridge the gap between production requirements and supplier capabilities. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for market trends, pricing fluctuations, and logistics optimization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of raw materials and components.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality standards.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing agreements to achieve maximum cost efficiency for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Manage end-to-end logistics and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery of shipments.
- Analyze purchasing performance and market conditions to provide reports to management on cost-saving opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with ERP/Inventory management software is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure to meet tight production deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high levels of integrity in handling business transactions.
