Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sourcing process for raw materials and components
- Conduct supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Oversee purchase order lifecycle from creation to delivery verification
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure inventory optimization
- Implement procurement policies and maintain compliance standards
- Generate procurement reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of cost savings
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic procurement decisions
