- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers/vendors for raw materials and packaging
- Negiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery to meet production schedules
- Maintain robust vendor relationships through regular communication and performance reviews
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement innovations
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to align purchasing requirements
- Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement cycles to prevent shortages
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement/purchasing experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable contracts
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and vendor best practices
