- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers for raw materials, equipment, and services
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs
- Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular reviews and KPI monitoring
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve supply chain disruptions
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging trends
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to align inventory requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure compliance with policies
- Analyze procurement data to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement/purchasing experience in manufacturing sector
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of securing favorable terms
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications (Excel essential)
- Knowledge of local supplier networks and industry regulations
