Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Maintain and nurture strong professional relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Handle complex shipping documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Implement effective stock control measures to optimize inventory levels and prevent operational downtime.
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven procurement recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure purchasing activities align with production and project timelines.
- Resolve supply chain bottlenecks or delivery discrepancies with independence and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, incoterms, and customs documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in ERP systems or inventory management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills.
