Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers to expand our network and secure the best quality materials.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors to maximize value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to recommend strategic purchasing decisions.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build positive relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
