In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that high-quality materials and services are procured efficiently to support our large-scale infrastructure projects. As a Purchasing Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor evaluation to order placement and delivery coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, requesting quotations, and negotiating terms with suppliers.
- Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and lead times.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of reliable suppliers to optimize costs and supply chain stability.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to provide cost-saving recommendations to management.
- Handle inventory tracking and procurement reports to facilitate efficient project planning.
Kualifikasi
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
