Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute daily purchasing activities, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Negotiate terms and prices with local and international suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in ERP systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate their performance regularly.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material requirements based on production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role within the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate procurement reports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Malay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
