- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for direct materials and components
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability standards
- Analyze purchasing data to optimize supply chain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing
- Proven supplier relationship management expertise
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
