Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring optimal lead times.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with global electronics vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maximize cost-efficiency.
- Analyze market conditions and component availability to forecast supply needs and prevent stock-outs.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations departments to align purchasing strategies with customer demand.
- Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records within the ERP system.
- Proactively resolve supply chain disruptions and manage escalations with key vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Analytical mindset with high proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP software.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of global logistics, import/export regulations, and inventory control.
