Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Material Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and source high-quality raw materials and components required for manufacturing projects.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance, minimize risk, and secure favorable terms.
- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
- Negotiation: Leverage strong negotiation skills to optimize pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Project Oversight: Monitor purchasing activities closely to ensure alignment with project milestones and budget constraints.
- Inventory Coordination: Liaise with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and forecast future material needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing procedures and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or transport industry.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on negotiation and persuasion.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain principles, contract law basics, and material sourcing strategies.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- License: Valid driving license is an added advantage.
