The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing cycles, from vendor sourcing and price negotiation to inventory management and purchase order tracking. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with production demands, ensuring uninterrupted operational workflows.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to maintain a high-quality vendor database.
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order (PO) process, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular market research to ensure competitive pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and contracts with suppliers to maximize value and minimize lead times.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize turnover.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt of materials and goods.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records and prepare regular reports on spending and supplier performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Purchasing Executive, Procurement Officer, or similar role.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing supply chain processes and inventory control metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required for effective communication.
