As our Purchasing Executive, you will manage end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing quality suppliers to meticulous stock replenishment and order follow-up. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Monitor and analyze stock levels to execute timely replenishment and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Process purchase orders accurately and maintain updated documentation in our tracking system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and support daily operational workflows.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and address delivery issues promptly.
- Prepare regular procurement reports to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and familiarity with ERP or inventory software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive attitude with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
