Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for central kitchen raw materials and ingredients.
- Source, vet, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of food supplies.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on food commodity pricing and market trends.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and address quality issues with vendors promptly.
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) and maintain accurate documentation of all procurement activities.
- Collaborate with internal culinary and production teams to forecast demand accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the F&B or Manufacturing sector.
- Strong command of English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory to facilitate supplier liaison.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport is an added advantage.
