As we expand our footprint, we're seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to optimize our procurement processes and drive supply chain excellence.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of lighting components. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with project demands while maintaining quality standards and compliance with industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for lighting components and materials
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to optimize costs
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor databases
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align procurement needs
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
