Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production departments to ensure timely procurement of materials
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Analyze market trends and recommend purchasing strategies to optimize costs
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven purchasing decisions
