In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that materials are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time to support our high-standard production requirements.

This position offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement processes, from supplier negotiation to inventory management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and drive operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders (POs) and tracking delivery status.
  • Maintain and update the supplier database, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with company standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors to negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to prevent material shortages.
  • Perform regular market research to identify new potential suppliers and alternative sourcing options.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies regarding invoices, shipping documentation, and quality claims.
  • Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities, spending, and supplier performance for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage to coordinate with regional suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive team player with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
