Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize supply chain operations
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to maximize cost savings
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align procurement with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for procurement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in procurement or supply chain management are advantageous
