Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, chemicals, and indirect goods/services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers while strategically maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing vendors.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best value, favorable contracts, and optimal delivery schedules for the company.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, adherence to budgets, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and proactively address any issues or discrepancies to ensure continuity of supply.
- Collaborate effectively with production, logistics, quality control, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery, optimal inventory levels, and quality of materials.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new products, alternative suppliers, industry trends, and innovative cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in strategic inventory management to minimize holding costs, optimize stock levels, and prevent stockouts or material shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related technical/business field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, preferably within the chemical, manufacturing, or related heavy industry.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving supplier performance.
- Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in utilizing procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) for order processing and data analysis.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents, supply contracts, and financial reports.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and a commitment to best practices in all purchasing activities.
