Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' purchasing experience in construction industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of construction materials and market trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CIPS certification is advantageous
