Tanggung Jawab
- Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials and packaging for F&B production to ensure timely availability.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules using inventory management systems.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure all goods meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the production team to forecast material requirements and plan orders effectively.
- Review and approve invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure high service levels.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within the F&B or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of local market suppliers and pricing structures in Malaysia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Valid Malaysian driver’s license is an advantage.
