Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiation for food and beverage supplies.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Oversee shipment tracking and coordinate with logistics partners to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Implement and maintain robust stock control systems to ensure zero wastage and optimal inventory levels.
- Prepare, verify, and organize all procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Analyze purchasing costs and identify opportunities for operational savings without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report on supply fluctuations to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen/operational environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Fluency in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for supplier communication).
