Tanggung Jawab
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure high-quality frozen food products at competitive rates.
- Manage daily inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
- Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to recommend strategic purchasing decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new potential suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and company quality protocols.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, ensuring all specifications are met before dispatch.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or logistics, preferably within the Food & Beverage or Manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
