Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end procurement cycle management for FMCG products and materials
- Supplier sourcing, vetting, and relationship cultivation to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Market research and competitive analysis to identify optimal purchasing opportunities
- Contract negotiation and agreement finalization with favorable terms
- Inventory optimization and demand forecasting alignment
- Cost reduction initiatives and procurement performance reporting
- Cross-functional collaboration with logistics, production, and quality teams
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years procurement experience (FMCG industry preferred for senior roles)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Singapore's import/export regulations
- Proven track record of cost-saving initiatives
