Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing vendors while resolving any supply chain discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare and update procurement reports, ensuring accurate documentation in the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry-specific safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- For Junior roles: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- For Senior roles: At least 3-5 years of experience in purchasing within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
