We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality standards. Your Mandarin language skills will be essential in communicating effectively with our Chinese suppliers and partners, ensuring smooth transactions and fostering strong business relationships.
We offer a competitive salary range of RM 3,200 – RM 4,000 per month along with opportunities for professional growth within a reputable manufacturing and trading company. Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery requirements
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal purchasing outcomes
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any procurement-related issues
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
