As a Purchasing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire end-to-end procurement lifecycle for a wide range of marine equipment, critical spare parts, and specialized services. You will work closely with internal technical, engineering, and operations teams to understand their specific requirements, and serve as the key point of contact for an established network of international and local suppliers.
Your daily tasks will involve strategic sourcing, conducting commercial and technical evaluations of quotations, negotiating favorable terms and pricing, and ensuring the timely issuance of accurate purchase orders. You will also play a key role in monitoring supplier performance, resolving delivery or quality discrepancies, and supporting inventory optimization initiatives. By working collaboratively across departments, you will ensure that the company maintains continuous operations while driving measurable cost savings and improving procurement efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle for marine equipment, spare parts, and services, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new local and international suppliers to build a robust and competitive supply chain.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions to achieve optimal cost savings and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to forecast requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials to support project schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory management and resolve supply discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports, track KPIs, and implement process improvements to maximize procurement efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant purchasing experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of marine equipment, machinery, and spare parts specifications.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Singaporean / PR preferred. Immediate availability or short notice advantageous.
