Franky Construction is seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team in Ranau, Sabah. In this key role, you will be responsible for streamlining our procurement operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services required for our projects. You will act as the bridge between our internal teams and external vendors, managing the entire purchasing cycle from initial requisition to final delivery. Our ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to analyze market trends to negotiate favorable contracts that drive value for the company. By maintaining robust supplier relationships and optimizing inventory levels, you will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including requisition, ordering, and delivery tracking to ensure project milestones are met.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with a diverse range of suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels to ensure financial integrity.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and logistics teams to forecast material needs and prevent stock shortages.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and alternative sources for essential construction and logistics supplies.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and resolve vendor issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and local regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement within the construction, manufacturing, or transport industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or procurement software is highly desirable.
- Proactive problem-solver with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within Ranau, Sabah, as required.
