Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for inventory and non-stock items supporting departmental operations
- Conduct supplier research, negotiations, and performance evaluations to secure optimal terms
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with operational needs
- Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment systems to prevent stockouts
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and regulatory requirements
- Generate procurement reports and KPI dashboards for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics sector
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Excellent negotiation abilities with track record of vendor relationship management
- Certifications in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) or supply chain management highly valued
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
