We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic thinker to manage our sourcing activities, contracts, supplier relationships, and purchase orders while optimizing inventory levels and driving cost savings.
As a Purchasing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure the timely delivery of quality materials and services. You will also monitor supplier performance, mitigate risks, and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies that align with our business objectives.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and pricing. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service criteria
- Develop and negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability while minimizing carrying costs
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and new technologies to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and develop purchasing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information in the procurement system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and cost analysis
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
