Viskou Technology is currently seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and materials, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As a key member of our Manufacturing and Transport & Logistics division, you will manage the end-to-end purchasing process. You will interact with various stakeholders to understand requirements, source reliable suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms to drive cost savings. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the purchasing of raw materials and finished goods to meet production schedules.
- Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate terms of purchase, including price, delivery, and payment schedules, to ensure competitive advantage.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Production and Sales to ensure alignment on material requirements.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, invoices, and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve any supply chain issues or delays promptly to maintain operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a purchasing or supply chain role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
