PT. PROGO MULTI KREASI is currently seeking dedicated and highly motivated F&B Purchasing professionals to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for individuals ranging from Staff to Managerial levels who possess a sharp eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry supply chain.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, ensuring that our kitchens and service outlets are perfectly stocked with high-quality ingredients at the most competitive prices. You will manage supplier relationships, monitor market trends, and streamline our purchasing processes to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for F&B supplies to ensure cost-efficiency and quality consistency.
- Source, evaluate, and maintain strong professional relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with department heads to forecast demand and prevent stock shortages.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to optimize purchasing timing and volume.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition and purchase order issuance to delivery verification.
- Ensure all procured goods meet the company's food safety and quality standards (HACCP/ISO).
- Prepare regular reports on expenditure, vendor performance, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in F&B Purchasing or Supply Chain management.
- Strong understanding of F&B cost control, stock management, and local/import vendor markets.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel/ERP systems).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work based in Tangerang, Banten.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards in vendor dealings.
