Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for seamless material flow
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining supplier quality standards
- Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and risks
- Lead and mentor the purchasing team to achieve departmental KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory management systems
- Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain operations and logistics
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
