Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the senior purchasing team in sourcing materials and services required for ongoing construction projects.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, compare pricing, and evaluate product quality.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure project continuity.
- Maintain and update records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal project managers to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Assist in vendor negotiations and relationship management to secure the best deals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reporting stock discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of purchasing principles, supply chain processes, and construction materials.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
