Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the procurement team in daily purchasing operations and order processing.
- Coordinate with vendors to track deliveries, verify shipments, and manage purchase orders.
- Perform regular price comparisons and market research to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in inventory management and supply monitoring to prevent stock shortages.
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of requisitions.
- Support the team in administrative tasks and reporting functions related to procurement.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the hospitality sector.
