You will work closely with experienced procurement professionals to manage vendor relationships, analyze market costs, and ensure the seamless acquisition of high-quality materials. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the procurement team in daily purchasing operations and administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with local and international suppliers to request quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics department for timely material delivery.
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, and supplier documentation.
- Support the team in conducting market research and competitor price analysis.
- Assist in the onboarding and evaluation of new vendors to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Participate in team meetings to provide updates on ongoing procurement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
