Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the purchasing team with daily procurement activities, including processing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
- Support vendor management by coordinating communication with suppliers regarding deliveries, quality, and documentation.
- Participate in data analysis related to supplier performance, inventory levels, and purchasing trends.
- Learn and utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for procurement processes.
- Help maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvement projects within the supply chain department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and assess market conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in procurement and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Prior experience or coursework related to manufacturing processes or electronics is a plus.
