Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment of company needs.
- Monitor inventory levels consistently and execute cycle counts to maintain 99%+ stock accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local and international suppliers to negotiate better pricing and lead times.
- Analyze inventory data and purchasing trends to recommend improvements for stock optimization and cost reduction.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on procurement status, inventory valuation, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchase orders are aligned with project requirements and budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in ERP/Inventory Management Systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with professional fluency in English.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when managing data and documentation.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup while remaining highly collaborative with global teams.
