Tanggung Jawab
- Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, quality, and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to optimize turnover.
- Analyze purchasing data and market trends to forecast future stock needs accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, supplier performance, and transaction history.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the seafood industry is a distinct advantage.
