- Manage and process purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies
- Track and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP system and conduct regular inventory checks
- Perform stock adjustments and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Generate inventory reports and analysis to support decision-making
- Collaborate with various departments to understand procurement needs
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to inventory management and purchasing operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
