In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring supply chain continuity, and optimizing cost-efficiency.
The successful candidate will take ownership of long-term supplier agreements, manage blanket orders, and utilize data-driven insights to set precise stocking levels. You will act as the bridge between production needs and supplier capabilities, mitigating risks associated with demand variability. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage long-term supplier agreements to ensure competitive pricing and service level guarantees.
- Execute and monitor blanket orders, ensuring timely delivery cycles aligned with production schedules.
- Analyze demand variability and historical consumption data to set and optimize strategic stocking levels.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, payment conditions, and lead times.
- Identify and qualify new potential suppliers to diversify the supply chain and reduce single-source dependency.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Warehouse, Production, Finance) to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Maintain compliance with internal procurement policies and quality standards.
- Generate and present regular performance reports regarding inventory health and cost savings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Expertise in contract management and vendor negotiation strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting vendor relationships.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
