Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential local suppliers to expand our vendor base.
- Negotiate favorable terms regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and quality specifications.
- Monitor material lead times and coordinate closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Review and approve purchase orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier performance and compliance.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and manage emergency sourcing needs.
- Analyze market trends to recommend purchasing strategies that support company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or textile sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to communicate clearly with international and local teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and cost control.
