Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate procurement activities including vendor selection, purchase order generation, and contract management
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment cycles
  • Arrange and track shipments via land, air, and sea freight channels
  • Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Liaise with customs brokers to ensure compliance with import/export regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipments, and inventory
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely material receipt and distribution

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing or logistics coordination
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendor management experience
  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
