Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate procurement activities including vendor selection, purchase order generation, and contract management
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment cycles
- Arrange and track shipments via land, air, and sea freight channels
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Liaise with customs brokers to ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipments, and inventory
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely material receipt and distribution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation skills with vendor management experience
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
