Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers for efficient shipment planning and execution
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement planning to optimize stock availability
- Process purchase orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing activities with production schedules
- Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Assist in preparing regular reports on purchasing activities and logistics performance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in purchasing, supplier management, or logistics coordination is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier and stakeholder interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or procurement systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain fundamentals
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing logistical challenges
