Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to final delivery.
- Coordinate international shipping logistics and ensure compliance with customs documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and port operators to optimize transit times.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and logistics tracking reports.
- Analyze supply chain costs to identify opportunities for efficiency and savings.
- Troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks and resolve delivery discrepancies promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or port operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with international vendors.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and shipping documentation is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
