We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Purchasing Manager to join our team in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
As Purchasing Manager, you will develop and implement procurement strategies that align with our organizational goals, negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, and maintain robust relationships with vendors. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs, conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in procurement management. You should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and committed to driving continuous improvement in our purchasing operations.

- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes including sourcing, negotiation, and procurement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost savings and favorable terms
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement or purchasing management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related industries preferred
