Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to meet company production schedules.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality material sourcing.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and industry-standard safety/quality regulations.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising the quality of goods and services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proven track record of cost savings.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite (specifically Excel for data reporting).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of local and international supply chain regulations.
